The company www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com provides transport services using V\u00e9hicules de Transport avec Chauffeur (VTC), exclusively by reservation and at a pre-defined price. The head office of www.firstprestigeparis.fr is located at 8 Ter rue des colverts 91570 Bi\u00e8vres. <\/span><\/div>\n
The company www.firstprestigeparis.fr is registered with the Registre du Commerce under number 844 407 700 and with the Registre des Exploitants de Voiture de Transport avec Chauffeur of the Minist\u00e8re de l’Environnement, de l’Energie et de la Mer.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1 – PURPOSE<\/span><\/div>\n
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to contracts for the provision of transport services concluded between www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com and its customers. By using the services of www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com, the customer is presumed to have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them. <\/span><\/div>\n

2 – FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORT SERVICE CONTRACT<\/span><\/div>\n
The customer can request a service 24\/7 via the www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com website or by calling 06 86 32 83 36. The customer must provide all information concerning the service request. The customer is solely responsible for this information, the following of which is considered essential to the contract: customer name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of transport service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adult\/child), number of baggage items, nature of service (transfer, pick-up). www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com sets the price of the service according to the information provided by the customer. <\/span><\/div>\n
Payment is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing his\/her bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com may proceed with the secure transaction and authorizes its bank in advance to debit his\/her account for the amount of the service. Once the customer has confirmed his\/her request for a service and paid the price, www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com will send him\/her, by e-mail only, a booking form summarizing the information relating to the service. The customer is responsible for checking the information on the booking form. If www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com is unable to send the booking form by e-mail, the booking will be deemed to have been made in accordance with the customer’s request. <\/span><\/div>\n

3 – RATES<\/span><\/div>\n
www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com sets the price of the service according to the information provided by the customer, with flat-rate rates having priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10% for transfers, 20% for provisioning), driver service, fuel and unlimited insurance for the persons transported; tolls are included in the transport. Parking fees are not included. The chauffeur’s hotel and catering costs are not included in the service. <\/span><\/div>\n

4 – REGULATIONS<\/span><\/div>\n
Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). All transport services by transfer or provision are payable at the time of order. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5 – RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5 – 1 – RESERVATION :<\/span><\/div>\n
All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer and the supplier undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in the present contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. The present contract shall be suspended or cancelled ipso jure and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure (events external to www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, breakdowns or malfunctions of telecommunications networks, shortages of manpower or materials, etc. The contract shall not be deemed concluded until payment for the order has been received. Failing this, the contract is automatically null and void. <\/span><\/div>\n
All chauffeur-driven car reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone, subject to availability.<\/span><\/div>\n
Special features for pick-up from train stations and airports:<\/span><\/div>\n
As soon as you arrive, switch on your cell phone.<\/span><\/div>\n
Please note the flight or train number in “additional information” when booking.<\/span><\/div>\n
For flights, if you don’t have checked baggage, the 15-minute wait included in the fare is usually enough. However, if you need to retrieve checked baggage and\/or if you’re coming from a non-European destination, the time it takes to get off the plane, retrieve your baggage and deal with any law enforcement checks may be quite long. <\/span><\/div>\n
To avoid having to pay a waiting time, we advise you to add a 30-minute delay.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5 – 2 – CANCELLATION \/ MODIFICATION<\/span><\/div>\n
A reservation can be cancelled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated on the reservation form, by e-mail only to contact@chauffeurprivemonaco.com :<\/span><\/div>\n
100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before pick-up time.<\/span><\/div>\n
50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before pick-up time.<\/span><\/div>\n
0% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before pick-up time.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Any modification of the contract during the performance of the service may lead to a readjustment of the price.<\/span><\/div>\n
agreed price. First Prestige Paris reserves the right to refuse such modifications. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5 – 3 – PRICE INCREASE \/ DELAY<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Any delay by the passenger(s) in relation to the pick-up time indicated on the booking form will result in an increase in the price of the service, if the customer informs the driver by telephone on 06 86 32 83 36, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:<\/span><\/div>\n
-More than 15 minutes late: 20 euros<\/span><\/div>\n
-More than 30 minutes late: 40 euros<\/span><\/div>\n
-For each additional half-hour’s delay: 40 euros<\/span><\/div>\n
These surcharges must be paid at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle. <\/span><\/div>\n
A 20% surcharge will be applied to all pick-ups between 9pm and 6am.<\/span><\/div>\n
In the event of the customer’s absence from the meeting place after the first 15 minutes free of charge, without any indication from the customer or response to the driver’s telephone call, the service will be definitively forfeited, with no possibility of postponement and no right to claim any reimbursement whatsoever.<\/span><\/div>\n

6 – SERVICE QUALITY<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Transporting people for hire or reward is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles may carry out this service and : <\/span><\/div>\n
-With a business card number issued by the prefecture.<\/span><\/div>\n
-With a certificate of registration issued by the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Bureau de l’organisation du transport routier de voyageurs \/ p\u00f4le VTC.<\/span><\/div>\n
-With a registration badge affixed to the vehicle’s windshield.<\/span><\/div>\n
www.nomdedomaine.fr undertakes to provide or arrange for the provision of transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation.<\/span><\/div>\n
In the case of subcontracting, www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com ensures that the people and companies it calls upon meet the same conditions.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
7 – RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
www.firstprestigeparis.fr is guaranteed by a solvent insurance company that covers the risks associated with its activity in accordance with current regulations.<\/span><\/div>\n
In the event of a dispute, the company www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com may only be held liable if the customer can prove that it acted wrongfully and that there is a causal link with the loss claimed.<\/span><\/div>\n
The www.firstprestigeparis.fr Unlimited Multirisk policy covers business-related liabilities.<\/span><\/div>\n
The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
7 – 1 – RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER AND PASSENGERS<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com to behave like a good father of the family from the moment of collection, in particular by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:<\/span><\/div>\n
-Compliance with the Highway Code (wearing seatbelts, car seats, booster seats, etc.),<\/span><\/div>\n
-No smoking, eating or transporting hazardous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop along the way. <\/span><\/div>\n
-No alcohol allowed on board,<\/span><\/div>\n
-Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company www.firstprestigeparis.fr cannot be held responsible for any damage to and\/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (telephone, tablet, etc.). <\/span><\/div>\n
-Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged in full.<\/span><\/div>\n
-For all other damage resulting in immobilization of the vehicle:- Invoicing on an actual basis + Immobilization costs + Loss of turnover based on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of damage leading to cancellation of the following service, a fixed charge of \u20ac150.00 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card… <\/span><\/div>\n
-Cleaning in the event of vomit will be charged \u20ac150.00 inc. VAT in addition to the service, payable immediately by credit card.<\/span><\/div>\n
-Small pets are accepted, provided they are in a carrier. Large assistance dogs are allowed. <\/span><\/div>\n
Failure to comply with these provisions shall render the customer and passengers exclusively liable to www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com and to third parties. The company www.firstprestigeparis.fr declines all responsibility for the actions of its customers before and after transport. www.chauffeurprivemonaco.com reserves the right to refuse to pick up, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger. <\/span><\/div>\n

7 – 2 – COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Any complaint is only admissible within 5 days of the transport service concerned. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the place where First Prestige Paris has its head office. <\/span><\/div>\n

8 – DISPOSAL \/ TRANSFER<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
8 – 1 – TRANSFER :<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The transfer service begins at the company’s head office address www.firstprestigeparis.fr and ends when the customer arrives at the planned address.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
8 – 2 – AVAILABILITY :<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Transportation is limited to a certain number of kilometers per hour:<\/span><\/div>\n
-25 kilometers for 1 hour,<\/span><\/div>\n
-125 kilometers for 5 hours.<\/span><\/div>\n
